"Alright, let's put it all together." -Rosanna Pansino
1. Heat up a pan with oil half way up on medium heat.
2. Grab the tortillas and heat up at least 4 at a time for about 30 seconds in the microwave (I like to put them in a zip lock bag so they get heated up evenly.)
The tortillas need to be heated up so they can be soft and be able to fold without breaking.
3. Fresh out of the microwave, remove from zip lock bag and place the main ingredient in the middle.
4. Fold closed the tortilla and place into the hot pan with oil (Caution, the oil may be hot and might splatter up into your face.)
5. Let the tacos get nice and golden on both sides.
6. Remove from pan and place on a plate with paper towels to let the excess oil drain out and cool down.
7. Once cooled down, add your condiments if desired. Don't forget your salsa!
ENJOY!
