- Strawberries (how ever many you want)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- 8 oz of sour cream
- Granola/Coconut/Raisins (optional)
1. Wash and cut up the strawberries. Place in fridge to chill.
2. In a blender add the sour cream.
3. Add the can of condensed milk.
4. Add the 1/2 cup of whole milk.
5. Add the 3 tablespoons of sugar. (You can hold off on this until the end if you don't want it too sweet).
6. Blend thoroughly. Taste for sugar & add as desired.
7. Place the mixture in bowl and let chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
8. In a bowl, add the strawberries.
9. Add 2-3 spoon fulls of cream over the strawberries.
10. Add some Granola or preferred dried fruit and serve!
