Omelet

I woke up one morning thinking about what to make for breakfast, and I thought why not omelets? I have never made any for my Husband so when I told him, he was so excited. There are so many ways of making a good omelet but I will share the way I made mine. You can change anything up and add anything to the omelet. I wanted to put onions, tomatoes and turkey, but the turkey went bad! So this is your chance to be creative! The things you will need are...

  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Milk
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Dry oregano

1. Heat up a pan with a bit of oil or PAM oil.

2. Cut up the vegetables you desire for your omelet.

3. In a bowl add 2-3 eggs depending on how big you want your omelet.

4. Add 1/4 cup of milk and whisk.

5. Add your vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon of dry Oregano, salt to your liking, and whisk contents together.

6. Pour the mix into the pan and let cook.

7. Once the first side is cook try to flip the omelet so the other side can cook. (If this step is to hard to do, you may just add cheese and fold the omelet)

8. Once both sides are cooked add yellow cheese or mozzarella cheese to your liking.

9. Close up the omelet and let cheese melt.

10. Serve with your choice of sides!

ENJOY!
