Pork Chops | Chuletas

For weeks my Husband has been asking me to make some pork chops. I was finally able to find a good deal at the store to make them for him. Usually, my mom has always bought the ones with the bone in them, but my Husband like boneless. You can cook these any way from rare to well cooked and you can top it all off with some homemade salsa. The things you will need are...

  • Pork chops
  • Pan with oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Heat up your pan with oil in medium heat.

2. Season the pork chops front and back with pepper and salt.

3. Place the pork chops in the pan and let cook.

4. Flip the pork chops over so the other side gets cooked also.

5. Once pork chops are cooked to your liking, place them on a plate with napkins to remove excess oil.

6. Once cooled down, you may serve with any side dish of your choice.

ENJOY!
