Baked Chicken and Vegetables | Pollo al horno y verduras

     I always wanted to bake chicken in different ways, but I never really knew what spices to add. Then I remembered that one of my friends had shared with him a recipe. She told me to bake the chicken with your favorite dressing powder. Then I thought, why not add the vegetables along with the chicken? So that's what I tried, but I could not use my ranch dressing because my Husband does not like it so I ended up using his favorite dressing. The key is using the powder dressing because it has enough spices and it will end up baking the chicken thoroughly. The things you will need are...

  • 2-3 Chicken Breast (its one chicken breast for each person) 
  • Vegetables you prefer
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • Powder dressing
  • Baking dish/Foil
  • Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

1. In a baking dish add the chicken breasts.


2. Cut up your desired veggies.



3. Place the veggies in the baking dish.


4. Pour the dressing powder evenly throughout the chicken and veggies.



5. Melt the stick of butter and pour it evenly over the chicken and veggies,


6. Cover the baking dish with foil and place in oven for an hour.


7. After an hour, check if chicken is fully cooked if so remove and let cool. If not, let cook for another 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
