Tuna

     One of my favorite recipes from my Mother is her tuna recipe. She has always had a delicious hand in making recipes from the top of her head and they are the recipes that I cherish the most. This Tuna can be used for a Salad, sandwich or even a wrap. It is healthy and you can add any vegetables you would like. The following is the way my mom and now I make it. The things you will need are...



  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • Celery 
  • Onion (optional)
  • Mustard 
  • Mayo
  • Salt
  • Saltine crackers (optional)











1. Cut up 2-3 sticks of celery & 3/4 quarters of onion. 


2. In a bowl add the 2 cans of Tuna.


3. Add 2 tablespoons of mayo.


4. Add 2 tablespoons of mustard.


5. Mix thoroughly.


6. Add the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Add salt to your liking. 


7. Serve with salad, in a sandwich, a wrap or with some Saltine crackers.
