Baked Enchiladas | Enchiladas al Horno

In a previous post, I showed you how to make enchiladas on the stove top, then I figured why not make them in the oven? So guys, that's exactly what I did. This will be much easier then stove top enchiladas because it will help you to save time by doing other things while they are baking. The things you will need are...

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Baking dish
  • 1 can of Enchilada sauce
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Mozzarella Cheese and or chicken
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Baking spray

1. If you want chicken enchiladas, boil the chicken and strain after fully cooked.

2. Shred the chicken.

3. Warm up some tortillas for 30 seconds and pack them with the chicken or cheese.

4. Roll them up and place them in the baking dished sprayed with baking spray.

5. Pour in the enchiladas sauce over evenly.

6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the enchiladas.

7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese across the top.

8. Place in oven and let bake with a foil cover for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

ENJOY!
