1. In a bowl, add the crust packet with melted butter.
2. Mix and transfer to the baking dish.
3. Spread the crust evenly.
4. In another bowl add the filling mixture and milk. Beat until mixture is thick.
5. Pour over the crust and spread evenly.
6. Place in freezer for an hour.
7. Cut into slices or squares and top off with whipped cream.
