- Macaroni Pasta or Shells
- Shredded yellow cheese
- Milk (for me, the sauce turned out creamier with whole milk)
- Ground Beef
- Salt
- Garlic Pepper or Regular Pepper
- Whisk tool
- Masher tool
"Alright, let's put it all together" -Rosanna Pansino
Step 1: Put the macaroni to boil
Step 2: Heat up 2 cups of whole milk on medium heat
Step 3: Heat up a pan with a tad of oil along with cut up onion circles
Step 4: Once the milk is on the verge of boiling, add 2 cups of shredded yellow cheese and whisk it. (This step will take up to 30 minutes to an hour of constant whisking. The sauce needs to become creamy.)
Step 5: Add the ground beef into the pan (your choice of how meaty you would like it)
Step 6: Cook the beef thoroughly adding garlic pepper or just pepper. Mash the beef until there are no chunks left.
Step 7: Once the macaroni is cooked, drain out water and add too the pan with beef.
Step 8: When sauce is creamy and all cheese is melted away, add too to pan.
Step 9: Let simmer for about 5-8 minutes
Step 10: Serve will your choice of buttered bread
Enjoy!
