"Alright, let's put it all together" -Rosanna Pansino
Step 1: Boil your potatoes for about 15-20 minutes in medium heat.
Step 2: Boil 2 tomatoes, half a small onion, a piece of garlic, 2 green tomatoes, and your choice of Chile Serrano. Fill pot to the top.
Step 3: Cut your chicken breasts into small squares.
Step 4: Heat up a pan with a little oil and once hot, place your cut up chicken, some onion, and pepper to cook. (It will become watery after a couple minutes, so pour some excess juices from pan.)
Step 5: Peal your soft potatoes and cut them up into small squares as well.
Step 6: Once you see that step 2 is boiled well through, discard half of water and pour the rest into blender.
Step 7: Add a palm full of salt and cilantro, then blend to liquefy. (Caution, when you open the lid, it will release a strong spicy smell. But you need to taste test.)
Step 8: When chicken is fully cooked, pour in the cut up potatoes along with the salsa.
Step 9: Let simmer on low for about 5-10 minutes.
