Potatoes with Eggs and Salsa | Papa con Huevo y Salsa

     A quick tasty meal is always a plus, especially when time is not on your side.  Coming home one day, I looked through my fridge  wondering what to make for dinner. I saw eggs, potatoes and a homemade salsa sitting there trying to tell me something.  Then I thought, why not right?  It might taste good and it did.  It might be different for many people, but us Mexicans come up with new recipes everyday. The things you will need are:


  • Pan
  • Oil
  • Potatoes 
  • Salsa
  • Eggs
  • Beans
             "Alright, now lets put it all together."


1. Boil your potatoes 


2. Heat up your pan with a couple of drops of oil.


3. When potatoes are ready, peal them and cut into small squares.


4. Add the potatoes to the hot pan and add your eggs (Add as many eggs as you would like).


5. Let cook thoroughly mixing the potatoes and eggs together then add the Salsa. 


6. Mix and let simmer. Then serve with beans.
