Baked Potatoes with oil and garlic pepper | Papas al orno con aceite y pimienta

This recipe, I got from my older Sister whom is more of a baker.  The first time she made this dish, my Dad really liked the potatoes and asked why hadn't anybody made this dish before. My Sister stated she just saw that we had a lot of potatoes and decided to be creative. This recipe is easy and fast to make. It can be added as a side dish. The things you will need are...

  • 5-8 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • Garlic Pepper seasoning
  • Foil
  • Cookie sheet

1. Heat up your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Choose the amount of potatoes you would like to use.

3. Rinse your potatoes.

4. Cut up your potatoes into triangles or squares.

5. Transfer the potatoes into a bowl.

6. Once in the bowl, add the 1/3 cup of oil and about 2-3 shakes of the garlic pepper seasoning (Note: If you do not have garlic pepper, you may use pepper).

7. Mix the ingredients all together.

8. Grab your cookie sheet and and wrap it with foil.

9. Place the potatoes on the cookie sheet and spread them out evenly.

10. Place them into the oven.

11. Let bake for 30-45 minutes. In between time check the potatoes to make sure they are being baked thoroughly.

12. Once soft and baked thoroughly remove from oven.

13. Add as a side dish if desired.

ENJOY!
