Mustard Chicken | Pollo de Mostaza

     When I was little, I remember looking up at my relatives as they were cooking. The house would fill up with incredible smells but the one that I remember the most is the mustard chicken recipe. This recipe actually I learned from one of my Uncles. I remember video taping him as he showed me how to make it. Unfortunately, I have no idea where that tape went but I thank God I have my memory. I decided to change it up a bit to my liking and I hope this recipe can help you cook up something fast and finger licking good. The things you will need are...


  • Chicken breast 
  • Mustard
  • Dried Oregano
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Pan

1. In a bowl add 1 cup of mustard with 1 tablespoon of dried oregano.

Mix thoroughly.

2. Grab a piece of chicken and remove any excess fat.


3. Spread mustard on both sides of the chicken



4. In the heated pan with little oil, place the chicken and cover the top (You can sprinkle some oregano for more flavor if desired).





5. Flip over so the chicken can cook thoroughly on both sides.


6. Once ready, serve with your choice of sides.
