- 1-2 cups of rice (I used 2 boxes of Rice A Roni)
- 10-15 Shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- A small onion
- 1-2 Garlic cloves
1. Cook your rice to your preference. I followed the instructions on the box.
2. Once the rice has its season, cover it up.
3. In a skillet, add a bit of oil and let it warm up.
4. Add some minced garlic cloves.
5. Add some onion rings and let get golden.
6. Peel the shrimp and rinse in cold water.
7. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook thoroughly.
8. Once shrimp is pink and cooked, pour into rice.
9. Mix all together.
10. Cover the rice and let cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
11. Once is fully cooked and soft, you may serve.
