- 2-3 boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- Oil
- Your choice of wing sauce
1. Heat up a skillet with oil half way up.
2. Cut up your boneless chicken breasts into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp ground pepper, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp of paprika. Mix.
4. In a separate bowl add all the wet ingredients: 1 egg and 1 cup of milk. Mix.
5. Place a piece of chicken and roll it in the dry mixture then submerge in wet mixture.
6. Place chicken in the skillet with oil and let cook thoroughly.
7. When chicken is golden brown, remove from oil and place on a plate with a napkin to let oil drain.
8. Once you have all the wings you want, place in a large bowl and add your preferred sauce.
9. Toss the wings until they are fully coated.
10. Once fully coated, place on a plate and serve. Repeat steps if you have more than one flavor of sauce.
