Breakfast Burrito | Burrito para el desayuno

     One day my Husband was in the mood for a breakfast burrito. I looked in the fridge and saw that I did have all of the ingredients to make it. It was so good and fast to make I decided to share my recipe. The things you will need are...

  • Big flour tortillas
  • 2-4 whole eggs
  • Yellow shredded cheese
  • Cooked potatoes 
  • Turkey or ham cut into small pieces 
  • Half a small onion
  • Pepper
  • Salt

1. Heat up a skillet with a bit of oil.


2. Cut up some onion and the meat.

   

3. Once the pan is heated, pour in the onion and the meat and let get light brown.


4. Add some potatoes to your liking.


5. Add the eggs.


6. Let the eggs cook into the mixture, then add a cup of yellow cheese.


7. Mix all together until cheese melts. Add some pepper and salt to your liking.


8. Warm up your flour tortillas.


9. Make your burrito and serve.
