Loaded Potatoes

     My Husband love potatoes, so I wanted to make something for him. While in the grocery store I came across this quick recipe and I wanted to give it a try. The box gave step by step instructions on what to add and how to make it, however, I added a couple of spices to make it even more delicious.
The things you will need are...

  •  A box of Betty Crocker's loaded casserole potatoes 
  • Milk your choice 
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Dried Oregano
  • Pepper 









1. In a pot or deep pan, add 1 & 3/4 cups of water and let come to a boil.


2. Add 3/4 cups of milk (your choice of milk).


3. Add 3 tablespoons of butter.


4. Once the butter is fully melted, add the flavor package and the packaged potatoes.


6. Add 1-2 teaspoons of salt, a pinch of pepper and 2 teaspoons of dried Oregano (This step is optional and is all to taste). Cover the pot and let cook on medium heat for 10-20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.


7. Once potatoes are soft and creamy, you may serve.
