Breaded Beef Sirloin | Milanesa empanizada

I have been experiencing a lot on different meats, and one of the things that I wanted to try is this recipe I put together. My husband loves bread crumbs and I thought this recipe would be a delicious dinner. One thing I would suggest, is not to fry this meat on high heat because it is a delicate meat and can burn easily. However, if you like it well done by all means (LOL). And of course, you might want to serve this with some veggies and mashed potatoes. The things you will need are...

  • 2-3 eggs
  • Bread Crumbs (I used seasoned bread crumbs)
  • Beef Sirloin (One for each member of the family)
  • Oil
  • Deep fryer or deep skillet

1. Heat up your deep fryer with oil or deep skillet.

2. In a bowl, add the eggs and whisk.

3. In another bowl, add 1 cup of bread crumbs.

4. Take a piece of sirloin, and submerge it into the eggs.

5. Transfer to the bread crumbs covering both sides.

6. Place into the fryer with caution! Oil is HOT!

7. Let fry/cook thoroughly to your liking and remove from fryer to a plate with napkins to drain excess oil.
Serve with your choice of sides.

ENJOY!
