     Having festivities these coming holidays? Well try this quick and lemony treat! Goes well either Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas dinner. One thing however, these have a strong citrus taste. The things you need are...

•  Meyer lemon bar box
• Oil
• 3 Eggs 
• 1/3 water
• Heat oven to 350 degrees

1. In a bowl, pour in the lemon filling add 3 eggs and the water.

2. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

3. In a baking pan, grease with oil or baking spray and pour in the crust and press firmly. 

4. Bake crust for 10 minutes.

5. Pour in the lemon filling and back for 30 minutes.

6. Once baked remove from oven, let cool and cut up into squares.
