- Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
- Baking dish
- 2-3 pounds of potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbs of flour
- 2 tbs of butter
- Milk

1. Wash and peel 2-3 pounds of potatoes.
2. In the baking dish, spray with cooking oil and place the potatoes along the bottom. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the potatoes.
4. Add the butter. Repeat the steps until all potatoes are in the baking dish.
5. Add milk until the potatoes are covered.
6. Cover with foil and place in oven until milk boils. About 15-20 minutes. Then lower the heat to 375 degrees and bake about 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
7. I decided to add an extra ingredient which was mozzarella and let it melt for the last 20 minutes.
