I came across this recipe on Pinterest and I wanted to try it out. However, I decided to change some of the ingredients due to dietary choices. If you would like to try out the original recipe, click on the link above. The things you will need are...

  • 1 lb. wide egg noodles

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups chicken broth

4. Add the meat and let cook.

9. In a bowl add the chicken broth and flour and stir.

10. Pour onto mushrooms once they are fully cooked.

11. Add the Greek yogurt or sour cream.

12. Mix.

13. Add the cooked sirloin steak.
