- Sirloin Steak
- Meat seasoning
- Or if you do not have meat seasoning you can use salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
1. Warm up a skillet and place the steaks for cooking. (The steaks will release its own oil for cooking).
2. Add in either the salt and pepper or the meat seasoning and the garlic powder.
3. Flip the mini steaks so both sides can be thoroughly cooked.
4. After the steaks are done, serve with your choice of sides.
