1. Warm up a skillet and add 1/4 of sliced onions.
2. Cut the chicken into small cubes and pour into skillet.
3. Pour in the chicken seasoning.
4. Cook the chicken thoroughly and to give the chicken some kick, let it sit a bit longer to get some crisp.
5. Place the chicken on a warmed up tortilla, add some lettuce, tomato, avocado and some salsa.
